Description:
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor s legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
We are seeking a Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or related industry preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
