We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with team members and customers while following all safety policies.

Execute repairs and routine maintenance on machines such as pumps, heat exchangers, and power transmissions.

Utilize hand and power tools, alignments, pipefitting, and welding.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems.

Perform maintenance tasks such as lubrication, monitoring operations, and measuring wear.

Operate various heavy equipment, such as forklifts, lifts, trucks, and skid loaders.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment and store tools and equipment appropriately.

Work extended periods of time which may include standing, bending, reaching, and stooping.

Climb ladders, use scaffolding, and work from elevated platforms while using fall protection equipment.

Show proficiency with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, mathematics, and preventive maintenance.

Possess a full set of standard and metric hand tools, and be knowledgeable in motor controls, drive systems, relay logic troubleshooting, and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Possess either a high school diploma or equivalent educational credentials; an advanced degree in Industrial Maintenance is desirable.

Have at least 2-5 years of experience in a related industrial maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.

Demonstrate a proficient level of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

Possess strong attention to detail and be able to keep track of maintenance work done.

Be able to accommodate flexible working hours, including responding to unexpected maintenance needs.

Experienced with motor controls, drive systems, relay logic troubleshooting, and PLC troubleshooting.

Provide all required standard and metric hand tools.
